Sean Lyons, Managing Director
Sean has over twenty five years experience in Executive Search with 20 years as Managing Director of Nextstep Global Staffing, a successful boutique retained search firm that specialized in recruiting for emerging and high growth companies. Sean has worked with some of the most respected companies across multiple industries. Many of the mid to senior level management he has placed represent some of the best and brightest in their respective field.
Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Sean, along with his wife Beth, and three children have just relocated to Durham, NC.
Sean is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
Beth Lyons, Executive Coach
Beth Lyons has recently joined NextStep Global Staffing. She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology in addition to her CTI coaching training. Beth is a credible and engaging coach who can help executives resolve pressing problems, set career and personal goals, or encourage team cohesiveness.
